  1. Stand on a piece of paper with heel against a wall
  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe
  3. Measure heel to toe (cm)
  4. Match to the chart above

  • Western boots should feel firm across the instep
  • Slight heel slip is normal when new
  • If your foot slides forward → too big
  • If you cannot get your foot in → too small
