Due to rising costs associated with shipping and payment providers, we have structured our returns policy to remain fair while continuing to offer quality products at competitive prices.

Change of Mind & Incorrect Size

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.

For change of mind or incorrect sizing:

  • Returns are issued as a store credit (gift card)
  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Credits are sent via email and stored in our system

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help.

Contact us via phone or email with your exchange request so we can confirm stock availability and begin the process.

Please include your packing slip with your requested exchange details and return the item to the address below.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

✔ Item must be unworn, unused and in original condition
✔ All tags and packaging must be intact
✔ Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using tracked shipping, as returned items remain your responsibility until received.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major faults.

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Repair
  • Store credit or refund

Warranty claims may require inspection by the manufacturer

Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale only and not returnable
